Free Showing of Colin Gunn's IndoctriNation, Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, 6:30pm

The Creation Science Society of Milwaukee presents
a free showing of the film
INDOCTRINATION: Public Schools and the Decline of Christianity in America
With Writer/Producer/Director Colin Gunn

Are the public schools an educational "neutral zone," or a humanistic program designed to undermine the influence of the Church and the family? Why do public schools suppress Creation Science? Is there any truth to the "salt and light" argument that encourages Christians to send their kids to public school? Find out at the free presentation of Colin Gunn's documentary, IndoctriNation!

Colin Gunn
Colin Gunn, a Scotland-born homeschool father of seven, traveled across the USA on a quest to understand the origins and social impact of America's modern public education system on our young people. His film, IndoctriNation, features compelling interviews with teachers, administrators, parents, and other whistle-blowers. IndoctriNation is part documentary, part testimonial, and totally captivating.

Ultimately, the film and book--co-directed and co-authored with Joaquin Fernandez--are an appeal to the millions of Christians who have a vested interest in knowing what God's Word says about the discipleship and training of the next generation.

Cal Thomas, Fox News political contributor and America's most widely syndicated op-ed columnist had this to say about the film, "Every Christian parent with a child in a government school should see this and be forced to confront their unwillingness to do what Scripture requires for the children on loan to them by God. A mass exodus from government schools is the only way to preserve the souls and minds of our children, whether it gets the attention of politicians or not...and it would."

Colin Gunn is an award-winning writer/director/producer and accomplished animator. His previous films include Shaky Town, winner of the Best Political Film at the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival (SAICFF) and The Monstrous Regiment of Women, which also won the Best of Festival award there. He recently co-directed/wrote and produced the documentaries IndoctriNation: Public Schools and the Decline of Christianity in America and Captivated: Finding Freedom in a Media Captive Culture, both winning first and second place in the documentary section of the SAICFF. He also acted as executive producer of Act Like Men: A Titanic Lesson in Manliness. Just this September, he completed a new feature length documentary on American healthcare called Wait Till It's Free! (Shown at 6:30 PM on Nov. 15 at Trinity Presbyterian, 220 Hine Ave., Waukesha. http://www.wtifree.com/ )

Originally from Hamilton, Scotland, Colin lives in Waco, Texas, with his wife and nine children.

Sponsored by the Creation Science Society of Milwaukee, IndoctriNation’s showing is slated for Tuesday, November 18, 2014, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM at Faith Baptist Church, 3250 Summit Ave., Waukesha, WI 53188 map
